Tuesday’s Fun 🤩

Am Play-Session was a lot cooler of late, the pooches enjoyed the break in the heat and let loose, running around and playing.

Pm Afternoon Ambles was a lovely stroll down to the beach, the sun did come out but it was a lot cooler which was lovely. 🥰

Monday funday with the precious pooches, 🐾
what an incredible way to kick off the week! These little (and not so little!) treasures never fail to put a huge smile on my face.

We always have the best time wandering through the field taking their time to sniff every single interesting scent along the way. There were gentle play sessions, and then there are loop the loops play-session 😂! There are always lots of cuddles and plenty of kisses!

Each and every one of them is so special in their own way some are full of energy and ready to explore, others are happy to take it all in their stride.

Loved every minute with my precious crew! 💛

Wonderful Wednesday!

In case you haven’t noticed I’m a little bit obsessed with dogs, I have four of my own they are on my logo.

I love almost every thing about these creatures how they communicated how they live in the moment how loving, trusting and loyal they are. The things I can do without are rolling in 💩 eating 💩 putting my fingers in 💩. 🤣🤣🤣

I try to educate myself as much as I can with books and research, I am thinking about doing a course on dog behaviour but I want to find that right course. As I did the IMDT level 3 B&DC but found it so boring 😴 so it took me 3 times along! 🤪

Anyway why do dogs sniff each other bums? 🤔

Dogs sniff each other’s rear ends as their main way of greeting, identifying, and learning about one another — it’s basically their version of shaking hands or exchanging business cards. Here’s the simple breakdown:

• Scent glands: Dogs have special scent glands (a**l sacs) near their rear that release unique chemical signals. These carry tons of info: age, s*x, health, mood, diet, whether they’re in heat, and even their individual "identity".

• Super sense of smell: A dog’s nose is 10,000–100,000 times more sensitive than ours. To them, that smell tells a whole story — far more detailed than what we could ever see or hear.

• Social rules: It’s polite, normal dog behavior. They do it to get to know each other, confirm who the other dog is, and decide if they’re friendly or safe.

Tuesday was… well, let’s just say it was FULL of hiccups! 😅 First thing, before the day had even properly started, we had a runaway on our hands! Franny decided he wanted an impromptu adventure and took himself over his garden wall for a THREE HOUR expedition! His poor pawrents were so worried, but eventually he turned up safe and sound, looking pretty pleased with himself for his big outing!

Then there’s my own Poo Pervert Mabel, one of my clients came up with that nickname and I’ve totally stolen it 😂 she couldn’t find any foxes poo 💩 to roll in (her usual favourite!) so she upped her game and found the BIGGEST, SMELLIEST dog poo around to get herself coated in! Let’s just say bath time was very much needed when we got home…

But you know what? Despite all the drama, we still had a really good day! The pooches had loads of fun once we got everyone together, and even the chaos couldn’t dampen our spirits. That’s just life with our furry friends, right?! 😂😂😂 Happy (and slightly smelly) Tuesday everyone!

Thursday’s pooch update! 🐾 These wonderful souls make me smile today, it was a day full of deep thought, my friend had to say goodbye to her Scooby a lovely Staffie, who made it to almost 15, so I was feeling sad for them. ❤️🐾

So I gave out loads of cuddles and kisses today, I’m sure some of the pooches were like enough already, others indulged me! 🥰🤣

The Pooches never fail to make me smile even when the day is Meh, and even when they are kicking poo in my direction. 💛
