Bucky also joined us for his overnight trial last week, ahead of his little holiday this month. He is a super cuddly little sausage shadow and I can't wait to see him again very soon 🥰

What a Bank Holiday weekend that was!!! 😎🌞

We had the (not so) little Reggie pup back to stay for the weekend which is always an absolute pleasure. Alongside Rey for a night and Teddy who is here on his holidays 🐾

With the heatwave, I have focused on the welfare of the dogs, keeping them cool, safe and provided enrichment activities here at HQ.

We've had cooling bandanas and vests on, the paddling pool has been out, alongside extra water stations and frozen treats.
The dogs had plenty of cool naps inside with the fans blowing 😌

As much as we enjoy seeing the sun, we are very relieved that normal walks can resume 💛🐾

Today we made sure to take our boarding dogs out early this morning for a shaded, riverside walk to beat the heat.

The rest of the day has mostly be spent in and out of the sunshine in the garden, dipping paws in the paddling pool and napping inside with the fan blowing 😌

A little appreciation post for our favourite secure field 🥰

I absolutely love the Woodland Meadow at Carefree Dog Walking Fields!

Due to the increasing popularity of daycare here at Snoot & Slumber I have been making more frequent bookings to walk the dogs here, as a safe space that all of the dogs can enjoy.

This field has the perfect blend of open space, but plenty of shade too (which is perfect in the warmer weather) and water is literally on tap for the dogs to stop for regular water breaks 💦

We have been over nearly every day this week and so I thought it would be nice to share a reel of the snoots enjoying the field.
