REMINDER: our last day is Saturday 1st August.

We are back in again 9-6pm Monday to Friday next week and we close at 3pm on Saturday 1st to move everything out of our grooming rooms ready for the work to start on Monday 3rd August.
We are fully booked for grooms but if you need treats or nail trims please come in before 1st to avoid disappointment. Thank you

Only 3 weeks left until we close now. We are both fully booked.
Vicky has a couple of primary school leavers/family commitments coming up in the next couple of weeks šŸ˜­but is working as much as possible around them to accommodate everyone.

This means we are pretty much working back to back appointments, non stop when we are in the salon.

We ask if you can be on time for dropping and collecting your dogs where possible and if you canā€™t make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. We have an ever growing cancellation list of people waiting for appointments. Itā€™s frustrating for us if people donā€™t turn up or cancel last minute meaning we donā€™t have time to fill the appointment that we could have easily filled if given enough notice. We do appreciate things happen and the hot weather has been difficult to navigate. Please just let us know asap where possible.

Hey everyone, regarding the heatwave this week, we will have fresh water available during the dogs grooms, fans going and drying kept to a minimum. Weā€™re as prepared as we can be. Where possible do not walk you dogs to us and if you have concerns about your dog being groomed in this heat please contact us in advance to discuss.

At the end of the day your dogs health and wellbeing is paramount.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!
As many of you know we have been waiting for quite some time to have essential maintenance and repairs carried out in the salon. We have had confirmation from our landlord that the works will be commencing from 3rd August for 3 weeks. Due to the amount of work needed and safety and wellbeing of the dogs we have decided to close for this period of time.
We do have a handful of spaces available in early July and late August so please book in as soon as possible if you require an appointment soon.
We apologies for the inconvenience and any delays in grooming but this work needs to be done and we canā€™t wait to welcome everyone back into a much nicer space towards the end of the summer. Thank you for understanding

Hello everyone itā€™s Vicky! Iā€™m back after a lovely holiday. Jo has kept the salon and shop afloat while Iā€™ve been off and now she is taking a few days off herself.
Iā€™m in all day today and tomorrow and Monday to Saturday 9-5 next week playing catch up. Please be patient weā€™re so busy at the moment with the hot weather.
Jo is back on Tuesday.
