My diary is booking up quickly for December, so if your pooch needs a fresh groom ready for Christmas, please get in touch sooner rather than later to avoid missing out! 🐶✂️

If you would like to start booking for next year you’re more than welcome to get your appointments booked in advance. This is especially recommended for my regular 6–8 week grooms as spaces can fill up quickly!

📢 CUSTOMER NOTICE – APPOINTMENTS & NO-SHOWS - I will not tolerate being spoken to in an unpleasant manner and blamed for customers missing appointments.

We completely understand that circumstances can change and appointments sometimes need to be cancelled or rearranged. However, we ask that you please give at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

This week alone, we have had one customer every day not turn up without any notice. As self-employed groomers, this results in lost income and appointments that could have been offered to customers currently waiting for spaces.

Most customers who unfortunately miss an appointment are more than happy to pay the 50% missed-appointment charge, and we are then happy to re-accommodate them. Please understand that, due to how busy we are, the next appointment may not be straight away.

You will receive a 48-hour reminder, but remembering your appointment remains the customer’s responsibility.

We also allow around 15 minutes’ grace for lateness, where possible. If you arrive 30 minutes late, even if your dog has a 2–3 hour appointment, this doesn’t mean we can simply continue as normal. Your dog may miss the bathing slot we have specifically allocated, and the delay can then push the rest of the day behind schedule — affecting both myself and the other groomers in the salon and potentially meaning we finish later than planned.

We really do understand that genuine emergencies happen, but please communicate with us as soon as possible. ❤️

Appointment & Cancellation Policy 🐾

To all of our lovely customers, both new and existing, thank you so much for choosing us to groom your furry friends. We truly appreciate your support.

We kindly ask that when booking an appointment, you are mindful of our cancellation policy.

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. If this is the case, we ask that you please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

Our grooming appointments are booked in 2 to 3-hour time slots, and without enough notice it is often impossible for us to fill that space at short notice. This means we lose valuable income while also having turned away other customers who wanted that appointment.

As a small independent dog grooming salon, if you don’t attend your appointment, we don’t get paid. This is why our cancellation policy is in place.

Please note:

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked appointment.
• No-shows (failing to attend without letting us know) will also be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
• This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation, as the appointment time has been reserved especially for you and your dog.

We understand this may be disappointing, but we hope you can appreciate that this policy allows us to continue providing the best possible service to all of our customers and keep our small business running.

Important customer notice with the heat please read

☀️🐶 With the warmer weather, please make sure your dogs are NOT walked before coming into their grooming appointment.

Any dogs arriving already overheated, stressed, or struggling with the heat may be refused grooming for their own safety.

We understand you like your dogs to toilet before coming in so they’re comfortable and happy, but during this hot weather please avoid walking them in the heat.

We’re very lucky to have air conditioning in our salon, and it has been lovely and cool throughout the day. ❄️🐾

While in our care, we will always:💧 Offer fresh water🐶 Give regular breaks if needed❄️ Keep your dogs cool and comfortable

Your dog’s safety and wellbeing always comes first.
