We don’t normally post about family, but we are so incredibly proud of our eldest daughter Emily, that we couldn’t resist!

This time next week Emily will have completed the Amsterdam Marathon 🤯😮 She has been so committed to her training and worked so hard, that we know she’s going to smash it 🤩💪

This was a little girl who hated PE! Sport was never her thing!! But her lovely boss at Suphas persuaded her into the Plymouth Half last year, and she caught the bug 🏃🏻‍♀️

Emily has chosen to raise money for Trevi Women, she doesn’t have to pick a charity to run the race, but she’s using this challenge to hopefully help support an amazing local charity 😌

We couldn’t be prouder of you Em 😘🙌

Turns out my new Birthday Spreadsheet isn’t bullet proof, especially when I forget to look at it!😱🤦‍♂️

A big Harris Hound’s Happy Birthday to my boy Freddie the Frenchie who was 6 years old yesterday!🥳🥳🥳🥳

Granted not the best smiler but he is the dog who puts many Gundog breeds to shame, he retrieves, stops on the whistle, walks lovely to heel and is an all round top dog and a pleasure to be in the company of.

Looking forward to catching up next week to prolong the celebrations!🙌💙🐾
