Being in nature and spending time with our beloved doggos helps to boost the endorphins .⛰️🐕🌙
Smoothing and petting our dogs lowers stress hormones.❤️‍🩹
Mental health is as important as physical health yet people don't always treat it the same 😄

Good evening everyone ⛰️🌳🌒 As you all know ive had alot of personal things ive been working through lately so to help ill be taking a much needed week off from the 16th to the 20th to get all my work in check and back on track so I can be back in action loving the adventures ⛰️ with the best doggos ready for a magnificent spring, there might be a few posts in the next couple weeks with some updates. Cant wait to see all my doggo friends soon as im back, they are the best!!! 😆😃
