Today officially marks my last day at Scooby Dees. 💕

I honestly don't know where to begin. I am so incredibly grateful to each and every one of you. Words could never truly express just how much your support has meant to me over the years.

To all of my wonderful customers – thank you. Without you, none of this would have been possible. You and your beautiful dogs have been such a huge part of my life, and it has been an absolute privilege to care for your pups, watch them grow, and build such special relationships with you all. I feel so overwhelmed with love and emotion as I close this chapter, and I will forever be thankful for the trust, kindness, and loyalty you've shown me throughout my journey.

A very special thank you has to go to the girls – Dee, Sophie and Charleigh. ❤️ You have been so much more than colleagues; you've been my family and my home away from home for the past five years. We've shared countless laughs, supported each other through the busy days, and made memories that I'll treasure forever. I truly couldn't have wished to work alongside a more caring, talented and hardworking group of people. I know you'll continue to do amazing things, and I wish each of you nothing but happiness and success in your careers.

As I move on to my next adventure, I just want to say one final thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. I will always look back on my time at Scooby Dees with so much love, gratitude and pride.

🌞🐶 Hot Weather Reminder 🐶🌞
We have air conditioning in the salon to help keep your dogs cool and comfortable. However, please do not walk your dog before their grooming appointment. In this heat, we may have to turn dogs away if we feel it is unsafe for them to be groomed.
Please bear with us, as some grooms may take a little longer during this hot weather, as your dog’s comfort and wellbeing always come first.
Fresh water will be available throughout their visit, although some dogs choose not to drink while they are with us.

It has come to our attention that there may be some confusion regarding my departure from Scooby Dees. I would like to reassure all customers that Scooby Dees is not closing down and will continue to remain open as usual.

The girls will continue to welcome customers and do their very best to accommodate as many appointments as possible.

To all my lovely customers
I wanted to let you all know that I will be stepping away from my role as a dog groomer and moving onto a career in support work, I am really looking forward to my new career path !
This has not been an easy decision, as caring for your dogs has been such a rewarding and special part of my life.
I am incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me and for all the lovely dogs (and owners!) I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know.
Some of my customers have been with me from the very beginning of my career!
Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty have meant so much to me, and I truly would not have been able to do this without you.
I will cherish my memories with you and your dogs, and a massive thank you to the girls in the salon who have stood by my side and supported me all the way through 💕.

The girls in the salon are happy to help with any future appointments and fit as many of you in as possible which I am eternally grateful for. I will contact everyone personally to discuss future appointments, however any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to me

If you’re interested in having your dog groomed by the team at Scooby-Dees Dog Grooming, feel free to pop in anytime for a meet and greet. It’s a great chance for us to meet you and your dog, check their coat, and have a chat about their grooming needs.

From there, we can get your dog booked in at a time that suits you and fits our availability. We do recommend booking in advance, as we get very busy and appointments fill up quickly.

All of our staff are highly trained and fully qualified, and we treat every dog as if they were our own — with the same care and attention we’d expect for our own pets.

We’ll also advise you on a grooming schedule that suits your dog’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Keeping to this schedule is really important to maintain your dog’s coat in good condition and to ensure each visit is a calm, positive experience. If a recommended schedule isn’t followed, it can lead to discomfort, stress, or matting, and we may not be able to continue providing the best possible care for your dog.

Our goal is to keep your dog happy, healthy, and looking their best — every single visit.
