This sweetie pie is called Panda, and this week she came in for her first big girl groom, where I encounter a new problem - she was too happy! She wouldn’t stop giving me cuddles and having zoomies, so we had to take lots of breaks so she could get all her energy out! Eventually she figured out it wasn’t play time and let me finish the groom.

So apparently the World Cup is happening this summer, I know nothing about football other than the fact there is a ball involved and the persistent insistence that is it ‘coming home’. However I do know about dogs! So I have put together this information about some of the national and native dogs of the countries competing this year (not every country has a nationally recognised dog)

There’s a fair few countries so this is only part one, let me know which one is your favourite! I find the national dog of Brazil to be very interesting! 🇧🇷

I may follow the World Cup this year through dogs and make a grid of all the countries represented by dogs as they go against each other. Let me know if you’d be interested in seeing that in the comments!

Since moving premises, I’ve had the chance to meet some new dogs who previously didn’t know there was a local groomer around! These are just some of those precious pups, all of whom have been an absolute joy and delight, and I’ve loved getting to meet them all 🥰
