Price increase

We are having a price increase on all dogs and cats from 1st September each increase will be dog specific taking in to consideration breed, size, coat type, haircut style, behaviour and length of time between each groom. Also dogs with bite history or take multiple groomers will see a higher increase.
We have award winning groomers, we are poodle specialists which includes all poodle cross breeds. We have over 74years of grooming experience level 3 qualification and fully insured in the salon also with a wealth of knowledge which enables us to provide not only grooming but health advise to you for your animals at no extra charge, We have tried to limit the price increase but with the rising costs we are seeing throughout all of our salon costs we can no longer hold off on this price increase.
We also will have to be charging 100% of your groom for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48hrs notice.

We have made the decision to close the salon, we have tried our best to keep the salon as cool as possible but due to the extreme heat it is no longer safe to remain open, we are hoping to be able to reopen as usual from Friday morning but will keep you updated if that changes. Anyone with an appointment this afternoon, Wednesday 24th, Thursday 25th your appointment has been cancelled and if you haven’t heard from us please send us a message or call us at the salon on Friday 01752269381, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused but your pets health and wellbeing is our main priority 🐾
