Well... being spayed certainly didn't put Connie off coming to see us! Here she is waiting for her post-operative check, and as you can see, she is extremely happy to be seeing everyone again ❤️🎉 good girl Connie! 🐾

We’re very excited to be working alongside another local family owned business to get our wonderful practice redecorated and looking fancy fine! We’re very lucky that Erme Decorating Ltd have agreed to do a lot of work outside of clinic hours to keep disruptions to a minimum, but apologise in advance for the smell of fresh paint over the coming few weeks!! We can’t wait to share the transformation with you all 🥰

Some jobs simply can’t be carried out in a normal working environment due to the nature of the work and today we’re getting started on one of them!

We’re excited to begin a BIG transformation at Roborough Vets, with complete internal and external redecoration works to modernise this well-respected surgery.

Working on an older building while keeping a busy practice running is always a challenge, but it’s one we’re proud to take on.

Patient legend alert!!!
This gorgeous young man called Teddi had to have an urgent visit to our Ophthalmology certificate holder vet Dean after a mysterious injury left him with a corneal laceration - a hole in his eye! Luckily, he was admitted and operated on instantly and the hole was sutured under our microscope using sutures the same thickness as a human hair!
He’s been healing up nicely and (just about) tolerating his drops for his mum!! We think Teddi needs some safety goggles… Rest up Teddi 👁️

🚧 Exciting Changes Are Underway at Roborough Vets! 🐾

Our practice refurbishment has officially begun! While you may notice a little more noise, a few temporary changes, and plenty of builders hard at work, it's all part of creating an even better environment for you, your pets, and our team.

We're committed to remaining open and providing the same high standard of care throughout the project. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we work through this exciting transformation.

The finished result will be well worth the wait, and we can't wait to share it with you!

Today is a sad day as we say goodbye to our wonderful Head Nurse, Kelly. After an incredible 14 years of dedication, compassion, and hard work at our practice, she's hanging up her veterinary scrubs and starting an exciting new adventure helping to care for humans instead. She's off to be a clinical assistant to help with CT scans 🩻 what an amazing opportunity and experience that will be!

Kelly, thank you for everything you've done for our patients, their owners, and the whole team over the years. Your kindness, expertise, and unwavering support have made such a difference, and you'll be greatly missed by us all.

We wish you every success and happiness in your new role. They'll be incredibly lucky to have you, just as we have been.
