⚠️ Temporary Closure Notice ⚠️

We’re sorry to let you know that the practice will be unexpectedly closed tomorrow (Saturday 25th April) due to not having a vet on site.

We understand this may be inconvenient and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
During this time, we’re making the most of the closure by continuing with our renovation works to improve the practice for you and your pets 🐾

🌼 Did you know daffodils are toxic to dogs and cats? 🐶🐱

Now that spring has officially sprung, these beautiful flowers are popping up everywhere! While they brighten our gardens, they can pose a risk to curious pets who like to nibble on plants.

If your dog or cat has a habit of chomping on greenery, it’s best to keep a close eye around daffodils. Ingesting them can cause symptoms like vomiting, diarrhoea, and lethargy.

If you think your pet may have eaten any part of a daffodil, give us a call right away — we’re here to help and advise you on the next steps.

Stay safe and enjoy the sunshine! ☀️

📢 Reception Closure Notice 📢

Dear clients,

As part of our ongoing refurbishment works, our reception area will be closed on Monday and Tuesday to allow us to prepare the space for upcoming decoration.

During this time, our veterinary team will still be working behind the scenes, but we will ask you to wait outside until your appointment. One of our team will be outside to greet you when you arrive at the practice. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we make improvements to better serve you and your pets.

If you need assistance, please contact us in advance where possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Thank you for your continued support — we’re excited to welcome you back to an improved space very soon! 🐾

⭐️ PRACTICE UPDATE ⭐️

We wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up that over the next two weeks, we’ll be carrying out some fairly extensive decorative works at the practice 🛠️

While everything will remain open as usual, you may notice a bit more noise, some areas looking a little different, or slight adjustments to how we operate day-to-day.

We’re doing this to make the practice an even more welcoming and comfortable space for you and your pets, and we really appreciate your patience while we get everything looking its best.

If you have any concerns during this time, please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of the team — we’re here to help as always!

Thank you for bearing with us 💙
