How did I miss National Cat Day yesterday?! 🐱💕

Those who know me will know that cats hold a very special place in my heart. They are my companions, my comfort, and often the ones keeping me company through life’s ups and downs.

Here are a few pictures of my fur babies. Some are still curled up beside me today, while others live on in my heart and memories. ❤️

My lovely Lucky is here too. Sadly, Lucky escaped from a cattery while I was on holiday and was never seen again. 😢 Not knowing what happened was heartbreaking, and I still think about him often.

Every one of these beautiful souls has left their paw prints on my heart forever. 🐾

Today feels especially heavy. I always feel honoured to support families through pet loss, but today it was our turn to say goodbye to our beautiful little kitten, Cosmic Dotty. 🖤✨

Thank you to The Vet Van and Welland Valley Vets for your support and giving our little lady the best care.

The children spent some quiet time at Burghley House Gardens today, thinking of her and remembering all the joy and love she brought us in such a short time.

Tiny paws leave the biggest footprints on our hearts. Sleep peacefully, little Cosmic Dotty. 🌙

On this very warm Bank Holiday Monday, the horses are all in and being hosed regularly and our dogs have fans on to keep them cool 🐴🐶☀️

While many are enjoying the sunshine, we know today can still feel difficult for those missing a beloved pet. Please remember, we are still here if you need support with pet loss — you never have to go through it alone 💛

This week has been a tough one, supporting families through the heartbreak of saying goodbye to their beloved pets. It’s never easy carrying that sadness with them, but knowing I’ve been able to offer comfort, compassion, and the very best care in their pet’s final moments makes it all worthwhile.

Being trusted during such a difficult time is something I never take for granted. 🤍

On National Dog Mum’s Day, we celebrate the extraordinary bond between dogs and the mums who love them so deeply. To those with a beloved dog by their side, and to those carrying the memory of one in their hearts—The bond between a dog and their mum is one of life’s purest gifts. 🐾❤️

My beautiful Rosie is always there for me and she offers comfort to owners when they come to collect their fur babies xx
