Did you know?

Autumn brings a whole new world of smells for dogs to explore.
Fallen leaves, damp ground and changing wildlife scents make autumn walks especially interesting for their noses.

Did you know? 🐾

The days are getting shorter!
Reflective collars, harnesses or lights can help make dogs more visible on darker walks.

POV: you’re a dog and your only job is to have fun all day 😂

This week’s smiles🐾

A week full of happy faces, welcoming some lovely new faces to Tartan Tails, and plenty of our regulars bringing their usual smiles along for their walks

And a little personal achievement too. I completed my half marathon!

Did you know?🐾

Autumn is peak mushroom season.
Some wild mushrooms can be toxic to dogs, so keep an eye on what your dog is sniffing and especially what they’re trying to eat! 🍄

As the days get shorter and the weather starts to change, we’ve put together our Autumn/Winter Policy to keep every walk safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

Please take a few minutes to have a read through, especially with wetter weather, darker evenings and colder temperatures ahead.

Thank you as always for your understanding and for helping us keep the tails happy and safe 🤎

Thank you so much to everyone who has already donated to my Great North Run fundraiser. Your generosity has been incredible and I’m so grateful for every single donation.

Tomorrow I’ll be taking on the Great North Run, and it’s finally starting to feel real! 🏃🏼‍♀️

If you’d like to support me and the cause, any final donations would be hugely appreciated and would mean so much.

Thank you again for all your support 🤍
