Progression with every session!

Extension, lengthening, opening up the tissue, through deep relaxation response.....

If you wondered why your horse couldn't bend! Simply because it was restricted within itself therefore movement was poor, mobility was difficult, uncomfortable, behavioural tendencies start to creep in..... then you think its coming from nowhere....

When its probably gone unnoticed for sometime as it would have been an underlying contraction until it was noticeable.....

Releasing those layers as thats what they are starting on the surface layers from the outer layer which is covered in hair as the then traveling through those layer where there can be tension zig zagging through those layers, creating those diagonal stresses as the crooked horse or disunited in movement.

Always give you horse or pony the chance to be listened to they do tell you when there is an issue, therefore reducing the workload , giving the horse or pony time to heal, recover or repair.

As I've said on many occasion there are
amazing what they achieve for us, that they turn up everyday for us, its the least we can do for them is offer them what we can to keep them in the best condition to perform at the best level they can.... that dosent mean work work work.....

Unravelling those Fascial planes of tension.....

Remember the lovely TB with the imploded tissue structurallly challenged through possibly, rugs, mud, slipping, hard ground condition since that session the tissue tone stayed opened however after this session you can see the shoulders have fully extended into the open and correct position to function effectively, freely, this creates the slide and glide for true contraction and extension of the limb remembering this is a whole body address systemically applied. Release, Rebalance, Reset, Rest....

Another session last week with this lovely horse, when the rest of the field even field mates in the next field joined in on the session....
A Combination Body Balance with AOC's = areas of concern were applied, releasing tension, encouraging structural rebalancing, postural correctness, softening, suppleness, fluidity.... giving the equine time to process the address is just as important as the body balance thats applied to offer as much as the horse will take on board at each session.
As you can see from the pictures 7 other horse's came to join in on the session.....
If you hadn't seen it you wouldn't of believed it.... i also have some lovely videos of equines offering a pandiculation stretch without pressure or force creates more success as its offered..... Ax

Connections through those Fascial layers connect deeper than you think!

Always appreciated by other equines when your having a session with another. Working with a lovely highland pony when her field mates joined in with the session.

Releasing the Fascia with the Equine Touch bodywork, creating the deep relaxation response, tapping into the Parasympathetic nervous system, which inturn lowers the heartbeat, deepens the breath weight..... as this is one of the ways that the equine can communicate with each other.
Incredible to see, creating structural rebalancing changes within the equine body structurally. Its one way of offering a whole body reset.... with a unique vibrational palpation using my hands.... Ax

Working with some beautiful horse's today one just in the middle of the Equine Touch bodywork session nearest in the picture and the next horse processing the moment with its field mate. Releasing the Fascial tension reducing the body stress therefore rebalancing the various systems within the equine body. Ax

Enjoy time with your horse!

Sunday hack out along the A9 without a care in the world..... it was mentioned by Billy would anyone guess hes not been along this track in over a year, with the lorries, buses, cars flying past. William is so calm..... but also only ridden twice this year for 10 minutes.

Keeping your horse soft, supple, with an active free movement they are less spooky, more focused on the work in hand.... hopefully out next weekend we will takes some photos or videos to show that releasing the Fascial System as a whole body address, opening up the contracted tissue improving, mindset, confidence for both horse and rider. It takes time to achieve these changes, commitment, consistency, creating progression.

Even though he hadn't been ridden, we are very much on it with Inhand walking, polework, stretching, mobilisation, corrective training is applied throughout the year this year he has only had one session of Equine Touch bodywork with Aoc's applied one week after.... Axx

Amazing mechanism within the equine body, look at all those Fascial layers now you can see how important it is to correct the Fascial System function to create the oppertunity for the tissue to recover, repair or heal if the equine body has received any kind of trauma.

We really should question negative behaviour catch discomfort quickly instead of ignoring these changes before it manifests into a bigger issue.

Every part or the equine body should slide and glide efficiently, effectively, improving suppleness, softness, fluidity with postural rebalance.

Fascia is not new its been there since time began.... Ax
