Minds & Manes

23/10/2026

Sadly due to the yellow and amber weather warnings in place over the whole weekend . All sessions at Minds and Manes are cancelled . I will be in touch with everyone booked privately .

We take safety very seriously and also the wellbeing of our ponies ❤️🦄.

Stay warm , stay safe and I’ll keep the ponies well stocked with food to keep there tummies full 💗.

Depending on how the weather goes Mondays outdoor learning may also be cancelled but I will make this decision closer to Monday .

Love all at Minds and Manes

Nothing beats an autumn day 🍁🍂☀️❄️🦄. Wellbeing group , got hands on with the care of the ponies and taking the lead on some sensory feeding making . We had our pony meet and paint . Where the group painted their own unicorns , fed a variety of fruit to the ponies and got some fluffy snuggles . Inny for the first time in months got involved and got some extra snuggles and attention . Before all being let loose to some fresh grass . Happy people + happy ponies = happy Alex 🦄❤️🍁

Wednesday night pony club gang had that much fun they had me proving the time, as they never believed we were finished ❤️🦄.

I don’t need anymore feedback than that to know they are all having great fun 💪🦄.

What a fantastic team we have here at minds and manes .

It’s not only the wee ponies we have to look after we have the big guys also . These guys were very happy to hear that the winter haylage is now open 😍🦄.

Goal 1 in every colour 🤣. Getting there slowly 😜

A busy day here at minds and manes . One fence down , another fence built . Some fencing moved . All ponies fed , watered and some haylage . 2027 diary has arrived 😍.

My little helper out today , keeping me right . For just turning 3 she’s pretty good at putting a fence together 🤣.

Of course she had to feed her pony ‘coco’ and give him all the snuggles in the world ❤️. I wasn’t allowed to help and was told NO numerous of times 🙈😅

Wet Wednesdays consist off a very soggy Alex (contemplating if having a shower this morning was actually beneficial) , a very soggy Nicola ( who’s on her second change of clothes )

12 happy but wet ponies , getting there bellies full 🦄

And 1 soggy field ☹️.

But we have the nisa along the road with hot lentil soup and coffee on offer 😍🦄.

Happy Wednesday

A few spaces remaining for our October holiday fun . Booking essential 🦄 . Very limited space left ❤️

Sorry Iv been a little hush hush on here 🤫. Iv been a busy bee in the back ground , working hard to enhance our skills and bring new things to the table .

All the details and dates are on the picture attached . Once these sessions are full I am then full for October holidays .
