Mounts Bay Vets is seeking additional experience and capacity for our growing workloads.
Are you a strong GP vet looking for a job in Cornwall? We would also welcome anyone wanting to develop or sustain special interests (particularly surgery/orthopaedics/ imaging) to meet local demand for local treatment.
Based in Penzance, we are small enough to be a friendly team and to support continuity but large enough to offer interest, variety and professional challenge. We have a strong reputation for quality and affordability in our area and we’re looking for someone with over 5 years in practice, keen to take next steps into clinical and business management of a practice.
The role is flexible, up to four days for full time plus 1 in 4/5 Saturdays and some on-call. As an Employee Owned Trust, we have protected our future as an independent so there is real scope for the right candidate to significantly shape and develop the practice in a future management role – this is a great pathway to the benefits of a more traditional partner model but without the burden of capital investment.
