🐾 PERMANENT VETERINARY SURGEON REQUIRED 🐾

We are looking for a mixed practice veterinary surgeon.

We are an independent mixed practice with a 50% LA/45% SA/ EQUINE 5% split.

We do our own OOH on a 1 in 4 basis. Four day week rota when fully staffed.

We have loyal clients who deserve the best service possible.

Based in Skelton on the edge of the Lake District National Park not far from Junction 41 on the M6.

A 2+ years graduated vet would be ideal but we would consider a new graduate with a good CV and EMS.

Bonus for direct candidates after 2 years service. Unfortunately we cannot support applicants who require a work VISA.

This month we’re celebrating our wonderful nursing team and recognising the hard work, compassion and dedication they show every single day. 🐾

⭐A special shoutout to Vicki, who has been a veterinary nurse for 7 years and has been part of our practice for over 2 years, bringing so much experience, care and support to both our patients and the team.⭐

⭐We’d also like to celebrate Katy, who is nearly at the end of her student veterinary nurse training. Katy is working incredibly hard throughout her training and already making such a positive impact in practice.⭐

From comforting nervous pets and reassuring owners, to monitoring anaesthetics, assisting during operations and caring for patients as they recover, our nurses play such an important role in every stage of your pet’s treatment and care.

Always important to update any microchip details on purchasing a cat or dog, moving house etc.

Also ask your veterinary surgeon to check which UK database it is registered on and that it is still in place.

This can catch the best of us out.
