Important news (long post😅)
I am not really sure when the right time is to share this news but I’d like to keep everyone informed about my future plans and give everyone time to put other arrangements in place !
As everyone now knows we are expecting our second baby in June, with this exciting news we have also made the decision to move house (hopefully this year)! Along with all that is going on I have decided to sell my business when I go off on maternity leave. This decision hasn’t been made lightly. As many of my clients know I have struggled with continuous problems with back pain which has only gotten worse over the years. After having an MRI scan just before Christmas they have confirmed I now have several slipped discs which are continuously pressing on my sciatic nerve causing me to be in pain everyday. I have tried to make adjustments to keep going, like grooming smaller breeds, minimising working hours, chiropractor visits, physio etc but unfortunately this isn’t going to get better while doing the job that I do. I have pushed on for as long as I possibly can but now that I have two little people depending on me I need to put my health first. I am deeply sorry that I can’t continue on, it has been an absolute pleasure grooming the dogs of Penicuik, il miss them all millions when I go off. Lots of love, Amy ❤️
