Did you know using the Winback bracelets I can do all my normal hands on physio whilst delivering the current through my hands to help warm the tissues deep down, provide pain relief and increase cellular function. This pony has kissing spine and had some recent injections. Along with all the normal rehabilitation we decided to add this treatment in, to get her there a bit quicker. Next time I will add in some muscle stimulation to recruit the deep spinal stabilisers!

If this is something that's made a huge difference to your riding, training and competing - drop us a DM with your story for the chance to feature ⭐🤩

Better riding starts with your butt—yes, I said it 🍑🐎
That’s why this term’s focus is all about the glutes.
If your glutes are snoozing, your saddle game is too. Pilates wakes them up—giving you the strength, stability, and control to move with your horse instead of bouncing around like a passenger.
Those small (but mighty!) glute exercises quietly improve your balance, posture, and connection in the saddle—leading to a steadier seat, a smoother ride, and a happier partnership ✨
The new term of Equilates starts next week—DM for more info

Take your riding to the next level with a thorough assessment! This includes on-ground and in-saddle analysis, combined with AI-driven insights from the front, back, and both reins. From this, I'll design customised exercises, including Pilates and taping techniques, to help you achieve greater balance and stability in the saddle 🏇

These boys have monthly physio to keep them in good form for competition but also to prevent injury. Drop me a message to see how I can help you and your horse

All ready for my third Equilates class of the week. This block we are using resistance bands and the small Pilates ball to activate our stabilisers and help improve our stability in the saddle

Finally got around to capturing the best weekend at the HIO conference. Super talks and demonstrations, getting to present my research and meet some amazing people in the horse world. Let's continue to keep on asking why and do our very best for our horses
