HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOUR DOG BE GROOMED?
One of the questions I often get is, "How often should I book my dog in for a groom?"
The answer depends on your dog's breed, coat type and how well their coat is maintained at home!
🐩 Every 4-6 weeks
For dogs such as Cockapoos, Poodles, Bichons, Shih Tzus and other fluffy breeds that need regular clipping and coat maintenance.
🐾 Every 6-8 weeks
For breeds such as Schnauzers, Yorkies and Westies that benefit from regular trimming and brushing.
🛁 Every 6-12 weeks
For breeds such as Labradors, Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds that don't usually need clipping but still benefit trom a lovely bath, blow-dry and de-shed!
❌ And don't forget... brushing at home is just as important! ❌
Regular brushing helps prevent painful matting, keeps your dog's coat healthy and makes their grooming experience much more comfortable.
