If you paid a personal trainer for one hour a week in a gym, then spend the rest of the week eating McDonald’s three meals a day, whose fault is it you’ve got fat?
Yours or the personal trainer??🤷‍♂️.
Don’t try to lie to a Dog Trainer about the work you’ve put in between sessions, the dog will tell us more than you ever could 🤙 . Including diet, aggression, your exercise routine or whether you’ve hit your dog or not. We can tell within minutes if you’re lying!

Just a little update, were not permanently closed. Only to direct booking.
We’re only taking on dogs who have come to us after we were recommended by other trainers!
This helps us stick to those dogs really in need of help and ones that my time will be well used🙏🙏

🙏❤️. Can I ask a big favour from the Wanderlust community🙏. If you have the time, can you please report our lastest review. It was left by a girl who was never a client and was told we were closed multiple times and even had recommended another trainer. It’s come to light this person has agenda against myself and not the company and it’s a shame fb allows random people to effect reviews I work so hard to earn🙏 unfortunately this comes with being used in the newspapers. 🙏🐕🐕‍🦺🐩🦮❤️

💔I’m truly sorry to those who contact me and I don’t get the chance to respond. We get so many calls and msgs that ppl get lost among them all and I try to prioritise those in most need.
I’m a dog trainer not an appointment clerk. This was the reason I shut the business down before and is the reason we will be closing our doors again for now. The bad review from a non client was the last straw.
I do this to help, not to make money but to help me stay sane with my mental health and to help those I can with the abilities I have.

I’m sorry again to anyone let down by the pure volume business and my inability to function.
All current clients will still have the full package but we won’t be open for a while.
If you’re really struggling, do msg and I’ll see if I can help in other ways. Breaks my heart but I can’t keep dealing with some people, I’ll stick to dogs for now💔.🙏🙏

😢😢 sorely missed. Great ambassador for the canine world 🙏❤️

Our hearts go out to Battersea and StreetVet teams today. Paul was a unique gentleman with a heart of gold. Paul understood the significance of the bond between people and their dogs and cared deeply about human and animal welfare. Those values reflect everything that StreetVet is about. RIP Paul The many dogs over the rainbow bridge have a great new friend today ❤️ 🐶

Our course is 2 or 3 sessions only. A 2 to 4 hour initial session followed by one or two, one hour session after that. (Often over run). All depending on the progress of the dog.

Those of you that remember the two spaniels walking to drop lead….this is their story!💪

Keely - 3 sessions, and in less than 1 month and I can't overstate the difference in our walks. I have 2 rescue Cocker spaniels who had little training when I got them and have always pulled on the lead, were over-excited when going out, walking or in the car, lots of barking, and if we came across a squirrel or saw a cat, would be hard to settle down again. We had results from the 1st session on March 19th - calmness on the leaving the house, no more barking when out, pulling reduced. Owen set me some easy & short training exercises for us to do at home to focus the dogs' attention on me, which pay off when out walking. The hardest part is learning to relax and not expect the worst, but I have been so encouraged by comments from neighbours saying how different the dogs are. Our 2nd session was a road walk, fine-tuning all the previous session's objectives and giving me more confidence to practice what we've learned. Yesterday, 13th April, I was truly amazed to be walking in a public park, with every kind of distraction - skateboards, footballs, bicycles, other dogs running around, and a cafe with people eating outside. My dogs walked beside me, and with minimal instruction, did what I wanted them to do! We walked with leads looped around my waist, hands free, and leads loose, dragging on the ground. I would never have believed we could make such progress in so short a time. Owen is patient & explains clearly what our training aims are and how to go about it, stepping in to demonstrate if necessary. My dogs respond to him so quickly & positively it's like magic, but the best thing is that I'm learning that they'll do it for me too. Quite possibly the best value for any money I've ever spent. Thank you! ❤

Please be careful when booking socialisation classes!!
Canine socialisation is not about your dog being able to run around in a group of other dogs, it’s about you and your dog being able to approach, mingle and leave the group of dogs together or successfully recall from the group.
Too many classes around causing issues, rather than solving them.
