Morning everyone, The whole of Neilston road is closed and will be for a few weeks. Please allow plenty of time as all appointments are still the times that have been booked and collection times are still set and chargeable if you are late returning. Anyone more than 15 minutes late I will not be able to carrying out your appointment.

‼️FAO ALL CUSTOMERS‼️

It is with great sadness I announce the closing of WAGS. It has been a fantastic 3 years with all customers, old and new. With the rising costs and my own health I have made the difficult decision to bring everything to an end. Yourselves and your pups have all been at the forefront of my mind through this process but sadly feel this is the right option.

I am forever grateful that you all have trusted me to look after and spend quality time with your dogs.

For moving onto pastures new our last day will be Friday the 14th of October. Any bookings that are beyond that point will be refunded or we can pull the appointment earlier if this suits.

Thank you again for the last 3 amazing years.

Unfortunately the shop will be closed today as I have taken unwell. All appointments for today will be rearranged ASAP. Hoping to be back open tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. ♥️

Good morning everyone 🐶

Our prices have now been increased on the booking system, all appointments booked before this will be the old price which shows on the system when I check for each dog 🙂 from then on it will be the new prices.

When you arrive for your appointment please wait patiently outside and I will come to the door to collect your dog. The shutters will be put up in time for starting at 10am so no need to chap the door. Thank you 😁

Also if you are late for your appointment by 15 minutes or more we will not be able to take your dog for grooming and you will need to rebook on the system.

Late collection will be charged after 10 minutes, we have had a massive increase in people being late which is unfair on the next dog that is in for grooming as their time is then being interrupted and then causes upset to that dog being returned to the table.

I hope you understand why we are putting these measures in places.

Morning everyone 🐶

We have some very important information for you all. As you all will know the current situation with costs rising massively we have made the decision to put our prices up.

This has not come easily and we try to keep this rise as low as possible but with no price increases in 3 years we feel now we have no choice but to do so.

These increases will be added to the deposits from the start of March so any booking from March 1st onwards will be slightly higher.

We hope you all understand that it is something we need to do to keep up with rises in product prices etc of the day to day running for grooming.
Emails will be sent out to everyone at the end of the month.
