Long wordy message alert! 😬 I’ve had an employment update...
As some of you already know, I work in the costume department for TV/Film and due to the rona, I’ve officially had 5 weeks of work for the whole of 2020 😲

I’m starting a costume job tomorrow (Monday the 16th), that will give me 10 months of contracted work! (Depending on Covid regulations etc). As a freelance PAYE worker, this is a serious weight off my mind 🤩 It’s full time work which is around 48hrs - 60hrs a week. I may be a tad quiet or take some time to respond to messages! 🥺 Please rest assured all orders that have been placed are in progress and will still arrive in plenty time for Christmas! 🎄🎁

Tartan DeTails has been an absolute saving grace this year. Not only has it supported me by allowing me to pay my bills, I’ve been able to expand into stocking shops, develop new products, update the old ones, ALMOST finish a website (sore subject 😂), up my social media game, deliver to customers around the world, update my studio and hire some sewing help now and again! 🪡😄
