Latest advice and guidance 🐾

We've been working with other leading animal welfare organisations such as British Veterinary Association - BVA, Dogs Trust, Battersea, RSPCA (England & Wales), Scottish SPCA, Cats Protection, The Kennel Club UK, Association of Dogs & Cats Homes, Blue Cross, PDSA - Saving Pets, Changing Lives to put together information to keep you and your pets safe during this time.

Going out for a walk is an important part of a dogs daily routine. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many owners are not able to walk their dog, so may be relying on others to help them. If you have offered to walk someone else's dog, here's some guidance to keep everyone safe 👇

Hi K9 Gang, in light of the Government requirements to close non-essential business, all services are suspended until further notice. Although inconvenient for some, this is the right thing to do to protect the welfare of all the K9 Families. Clients have been messaged directly prior to this; however, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to message me. This is such a difficult decision, but I’m sure all the K9 Doggies are about to have wonderful times at their owners side each day! I will miss all the teeth-licks, waggy butts, wet dog smell & dirty paws… much more than you know ###

See you all again for more adventures when this is over.

Stay safe. Love Auntie Karen x

Some helpful advice and guidance on Coronavirus, to ensure the well-being and safety of our furry favourites! Currently its business as usual until the Government advises otherwise. If anyone is self-isolating or wishes to change requirements for dog walking, please advise immediately. Any home boarding bookings will be adhered to, but again should this change please can you notify asap. K9 First appreciates the many constraints which clients will face during this unprecedented time. Over the coming weeks and months, inevitably you may require a reduced service. Flexibility with all our clients is key, and we will continue to provide our services with safety and the well-being of your fur-babies at the forefront 🐾 Stay safe everyone x
