✨ The wait is over... We're now open for bookings! ✨

After months of planning, preparation and hard work, we can't wait to welcome our very first patients.

At Throne Vets, we're proud to offer a mobile veterinary service, bringing calm, compassionate and convenient care to pets in the comfort of their own home. Whether it's a routine check-up, a vaccination, or helping to make a difficult day a little gentler, we're here to provide the time, honesty and care that every pet and owner deserves.

If you've been following our journey, thank you. Your encouragement and support over the last few months has meant so much to us, and we're incredibly excited for this next chapter.

This past week we spent two busy days at BVA Live (a major veterinary conference), and it's fair to say we came away feeling excited and energised.

Alongside clinical lectures and sessions on nursing utilisation and business development, we had the chance to catch up with suppliers and explore some exciting next steps for the practice.

It was great to see how our practice management software continues to develop, compare options for in-house blood analysers and start planning for future additions to the practice, including dental X-ray.

The highlight though was the people. So many warm conversations with others who are genuinely excited about what Throne Vets is building. Starting something new can feel daunting at times, so that kind of encouragement means a lot.

We've got plenty of ideas and even more motivation for what's ahead. 🐾

Over the last 10 months, Throne Vets has existed mostly as plans, ideas and an ever-growing to-do list.

Lately, though, it's started to feel a little more real.

Over the past few weeks we've been making some of the bigger purchases for the practice, and deliveries are beginning to arrive. Seeing equipment turn up at the door after months of planning is both exciting and slightly daunting!

There's still plenty to do before we're ready to launch, but it's rewarding to see the pieces slowly starting to come together.

This week we'll also be heading to BVA Live to look at a few final options, catch up with suppliers and see what new ideas we can bring back with us.

As we've been planning Throne Vets over the last 10 months, we've spent a lot of time thinking about the kind of veterinary practice we want to create.

Providing high-quality veterinary care will always be at the heart of what we do, but we've also thought a lot about how we want people to feel when they interact with us.

If, in a few years' time, clients were to say, "They cared, they listened, they were honest with me and they always did their best for my pet," we'd be incredibly proud of that.

Veterinary medicine isn't always straightforward, and we won't always have all the answers. But we believe that taking the time to listen, communicating openly and genuinely caring about the animals and families we work with is just as important as the medicine itself.

That's the kind of practice we're hoping to build.🐾

Why a mobile vet practice? 🚐🐾

One of the main reasons we wanted to create Throne Vets is because getting to the vet isn’t always easy for pets or for their owners.

Some animals find travelling stressful, older pets can struggle with journeys, and for busy or multi-pet households - fitting appointments around everyday life isn’t always simple and you only have 2 hands!

Every pet is different, but being able to see animals in an environment where they feel comfortable can make a huge difference.

We hope Throne Vets can make veterinary visits feel a little calmer and easier for both pets and their owners.

We can’t wait to continue the journey with you 🐶🐱

Something exciting is coming to Glasgow… 🚐🐾

For the past 10 months we’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes on something that means a huge amount to us.

We’re excited to finally introduce Throne Vets!!!

Our new mobile veterinary practice.

There’s been a lot of planning, problem solving, late nights and learning along the way already, and while there’s still lots to do, we are excited to start sharing the journey with you.

Over the coming weeks we’re looking forward to introducing the team, sharing more of the build process and giving you a behind-the-scenes look at everything that goes into creating Throne Vets.

We can’t wait to share more with you soon and see where this journey takes us🐶🐱
