Oh gosh, what a busy Sunday! 😸 Lots in and out this morning as the half term draws to an end! Hope everyone’s been able to enjoy the sun as much as some of our sunbathers here! 😸☀️🐾

Halfway through the half term holidays & I want to eat in this beautiful weather are ice lollies so our guests get the same too! 😋 Tuna & lik-e-lix yogurt in a lik-e-mat with more prepared in the freezer for tomorrow too! 😸

What gorgeous weather we are being treated to! 🌞
Our cattery is set in the purrrfect position for heat. Our guests enjoy sun in the morning, then it moves around onto the garden by noon leaving the cattery lovely and cool 😻

Here at Fairparks, we like to do our bit for charity 😸
This is usually cat charities however this year we have chosen to raise funds for our local Hospice, Rowcroft. They offer much needed help & support to families in South Devon that are sadly affected by life limiting illnesses, often being a glimmer of light in a very dark time.
Hollie & her younger sister Hattie have signed up to complete Rowcrofts 8 mile walk in just over a months time 🤩
Absolutely no pressure at all but if anyone has any spare pennies which they would like to donate for this fabulous charity, it would be greatly appreciated through our official link below 😻

📸 Wednesday! 📸
The weather couldn’t quite make its mind up today, we’ve had wind, sun & rain all in rotation! 🌦️
The fox has stayed away so far! We are hopeful of it staying that way so then we can go chicken shopping in the near future! 🤞🏼🐓
Our guests have been given new cardboard boxes with treats inside today, certainly entertains many of them for a little while! 😻🐾

Fingers crossed we’ve trumped Mr Fox 🤞🏼🦊 We think we’ve found his entrance, have patched it up, and haven’t seen him since 😸 the last time he was spotted we managed to scare him off before he could get away with one of our hens, this does mean however we have one hen with a bald bum! Much to the delight of our feline residents who now have lots more feathers to play with 😸🐾🪶

Frodo has given himself the job role of chief fox watcher 🦊
Sadly we have had a few attacks over the last couple of days 😿 so our birds are overly spooked & we’ve lost a large number 😿
Tomorrow’s to do list is to crawl through the hedgerows again and try and find a hole in the wire where he is getting through.
