Penny's Paws Friendly, enthusiastic dog walking and pet care service, covering Weldon, Weldon Park and Priors Hall.

My name is Penny and I’m the founder of Penny's Paws dog walking and pet care service, covering Weldon, Weldon Park and Priors Hall. I live in Weldon with my partner, our four children and our small menagerie of pets! I’m a huge lover of the great outdoors and animals of all varieties. I’m passionate about nature and animal welfare - walking your beloved fur family gives me the opportunity to combine these two passions. I am an ex-veterinary nurse with seven years’ experience, so rest assured your hounds and pooches are in safe hands! I offer hourly and half hourly walks, as well as a drop-in service where I call into your home, let your dog into your garden and replenish food and water as required. This service is also available for cats and other small pets should you wish for them to stay at home while you're away. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your specific dog walking requirements. I’ll come out and meet you and your dog(s) in the first instance and we can decide the best way forward from there.

The girls, all looking very co-ordinated with one another. It's almost as if they've all been on the dog and bone, checking what the other is wearing for their outing!! ☎️😆🐾🥰

So..... we tried Jet back with the Ridgies today, and my goodness, what an improvement! 🌟 We had given it a break with them, as Jet couldn't help his excitement which would quickly over stimulate him, and it wasn't fair on Ragnar and Lagertha; who are forever tolerant! Poppy has put in an awful lot of consistent work and training with him over this last year. Teaching him to channel his energy and focus on other things, with huge praise and rewards, some rewards being games upon his return as opposed to treating; teaching Jet that it is fun to come back when recalled and that it's not the end of something better. It has all paid off! It goes to show that if you put the work in, and I know this can be hard, but it WILL make a difference! You don't get anything for nothing! He is still a work in progress but my goodness me, what a different dog today. I love watching the progress they make together. Well done Team Poppy & Jet. You are both superstars! 🌟💗🖤🐾🐾
