🐍Onyx The Four Lined Rat Snake🐍

Onyx is on the hunt for his forever home! We think he looks a little false water cobra-ish which is one of the many cool things about this species!

He is an absolute sweetheart, constantly wanting attention and free time outside his enclosure. They can reach around the 6ft mark, making them one of the largest European snakes.

This snake has actually been considered endangered in Bulgaria due to poachers and agriculture. It appears on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species as "Near Threatened" because of significant decline in habitat loss.

Overall this species is pretty interesting and you don’t see many of them about! If you’d like more information about Onyx, give us a call or pop down to store🏡
