UPDATE - Blue Boy

Blue is now safe in his foster home in Turkey.

He will be there for around 4 months.

Turkey regulates entry as a third country with its own certificate: an ISO microchip before the vaccine, an inactivated rabies vaccine, a rabies antibody titre ≥ 0.5 IU/mL at a laboratory approved by the European Union with the sample taken at least 30 days after the vaccine.

This is another reason why it is so expensive as the money raised is paying for him to stay in foster and his food etc.
