🐾 Meet Catherine – Head Receptionist! 🐾

Catherine has been part of the Rutland Vets team for the past 4½ years, and you’ll often find her at the front desk welcoming our clients and their pets with a friendly smile. 💕

Outside of work, Catherine is a huge animal lover and is kept very busy by her two dogs, Fig and Millie, and her two cats, Lando and Jasmine!

When she’s not at the practice, Catherine loves nothing more than walking Fig and Millie or relaxing in one of Oakham’s coffee shops with her dogs by her side. ☕🐾

We all want to give our pets the very best care throughout their lives, but keeping on top of everything they need can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Our Lifetime Care Plan is designed to make routine preventative healthcare simple and convenient, whilst helping you spread the cost of your pet’s care throughout the year.

What does our Lifetime Care Plan include?

• Routine preventative healthcare - flea and worming treatment tailored to your pet
• Monthly Nurse consultations - Nail clips, a**l glands, weight clinics ect.
• Yearly Vaccinations
• Discounts off long term medication, food, neutering, dentals, treats and toys
• Discounted Vet Consultations
• FREE 6m prescription checks

Meet Buttons🐰

Buttons popped into the practice for his annual vaccinations and was an absolute superstar!

He had a full health check with our vet Helen before exploring every corner of the consult room. As a special reward for being so well behaved, Buttons was treated to some fresh dandelion leaves, which went down a treat!

Annual health checks and vaccinations are an important part of keeping our rabbit friends happy and healthy.

Vet Nurse Georgia's weekend plans are all about balance—starting with training sessions with her two dogs, Fernie and Moose, before heading home for some well-earned sofa time enjoying cuddles with her hand-reared kitten, Halloumi.

A huge thank you to the amazing Big Al's Sandwich Co for delivering a fantastic selection of delicious homemade cakes for everyone to enjoy! For anyone with dietary requirements, please find the cake allergy information below. This information will also be available to view at the event 🍰

Our team has also been busy preparing lucky dips, games, and goodie bags to make tomorrow extra special. 🎁🎉

For everything tomorrow, we kindly ask for a small donation, with all proceeds going to support the wonderful animal charities we'll be fundraising for.

Please can everyone in the local area keep a look out for Nero, who is currently missing from home. 🐾Nero is a much-loved member of his family, and we are hoping someone may have spotted him.

Please could you check sheds, garages, greenhouses, outbuildings and anywhere else he may have wandered into and become stuck.

If you have seen Nero, or have any information that could help bring him home, please get in touch as per the instructions on the QR code of this poster!

This week we're introducing you to our Head Receptionist, Catherine, and her wonderful furry family! 🥰

When she's not looking after our lovely clients and patients, you'll usually find Catherine exploring the coffee shops in Oakham with Millie and Fig ☕🐾, or relaxing at home on the sofa... while being completely ruled by Jasmine and Landon!
