🚨 ATTENTION, PEOPLE WHO CLAIM THEY “DON’T HAVE ROOM FOR ANOTHER CAT” 🚨
Yes, you.

The one currently reading this while sitting next to a cat who has somehow managed to occupy 93% of the sofa despite weighing approximately 4.7kg.

WE NEED YOU. 😂🐈

We have a large colony of cats waiting to be trapped and brought to safety, but unfortunately there is one teeny tiny problem…

We’ve run out of space.

Because apparently cats require things like rooms and food and somewhere to put the litter tray, rather than simply being stacked neatly in a cupboard like Christmas decorations.

So…

🏠 WE NEED FOSTERERS!
We desperately need adult cat and kitten foster homes so we can start trapping this colony and giving these cats a chance.
You provide the spare room,
utility room, conservatory, or whatever part of your house you’re prepared to sacrifice to the feline overlords.

We’ll provide support and guidance.

The cat will provide:

💩 An entirely new relationship with the litter tray.
🐾 Fur on absolutely everything you own.
🥰 Occasional cuddles, subject to approval from management.
👀 Judgement.
🍗 The firm belief that you have never fed them. Ever. (Expect vocal complaints)
🛋️ A complete reassessment of your furniture choices.
🌙 Random 3am parkour.
😼 An attitude that suggests they pay the mortgage.
And possibly, if you're very lucky, a tiny furry psychopath who eventually realises that humans are actually quite nice. ❤️
Fostering genuinely saves lives. Without foster spaces, we simply cannot bring more cats in, which means the colony has to wait.

And we REALLY want to get started.

Sadly, we have made the devastating decision to say goodbye to this lovely boy today, on welfare grounds. Thank you for all the shares and all the information. We knew deep down yesterday that this would be the outcome but was hoping we could find someone who loved him at some point in his life. More information came to life and we strongly suspect the person he was registered to on the microchip was the same person who left him behind so our search was futile. He went to sleep peacefully in the arms of one of our nurses. Sleep tight little man 💔

Does anyone recognise this lovely boy?
Bit of a long story and at this point we aren’t sure what is accurate information.
He has been looked after by multiple neighbours on Petersmith Drive in Ollerton for a number of years after his supposed owners moved away and left him. He has been brought into us today as one of his carers noticed marked weight loss and seemed to be struggling to breath.
Upon examination he has a tumour on/in his neck/throat. However, he is bright as a button and eating like he hasn’t seen food for a long time! (Although he can’t eat very easily)
Despite the history, he is actually microchipped but the one number registered doesn’t appear to be working.
The chip says he is called Frankie and is 10 years old. The chip is registered to initials Miss K G in Beeston (Nottinghamshire) which obviously isn’t local to Ollerton.
We aren’t sure how long this boy has left to live and we are appealing to the powers of social media to try and locate his owner, or perhaps a previous owner and chip details haven’t been updated. If he is or has been someone’s much loved pet (obviously not the person who supposedly abandoned him) then we would love to trace them before making any decisions on his future. He is currently struggling but we have made him comfortable with pain relief, lots of sloppy food and a warm bed. If we can save him of course we will but neither are we willing to let him suffer. We will feel more at peace making a potentially difficult decision if we have tried our best to locate a hopefully loving home.
Please note any negative comments will not be tolerated, I’ll just block you. We have never and will never put an animal to sleep just because it’s convenient, not that I should have to explain this but sadly from past post experiences I do.

This comes with very sad news I had a message yesterday from Carlos's owner to say Carlos has sadly crossed over rainbow bridge. my heart goes out to them it was very sudden he had a blood clot I can't believe it as he was only with me 2 weeks ago its totally heart breaking 💔💔😢😢 fly high little Carlos you will always be in my heart ❤️ and never forgotten 🌈🪽🪽🐈‍⬛

Hi everyone my Name is Smudge I arrived to stay with aunty Jackie on Saturday morning. my mum wasn't too happy with me because I decided to have a wonder for a day and half and didn't turn up till 5 in the morning before I was due to go for my holidays at Apple Tree my poor mum was getting posters done and searching the streets for me she really thought she'd lost me but it was a very hot day. I wasn't too far from home I must have fallen asleep under a Bush to keep cool. I got a right telling off when I wondered home I didn't know what all the fuss was about but one thing I do know is how much she loves me.😸😻🐈🐾🐾❤️( Just look at that little face like butter wouldn't melt 😂😂😂)
