Melton road update: Saturday 5th September 11.30am. It's currently shut from Wheatcroft island to Waitrose petrol station in Tollerton.

Remaining Melton Road to Platt Lane currently open via Plumtree or Platt Lane 👍🏻

🚧 WE’RE OPEN — PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD! 🚧

We arrived this morning to find tarmacking underway on Melton Road, with no advance letter received to notify us from Nottinghamshire County Council. We have spoken to guys on the road closed sign area and they said it should really be closed, but they'll let people in whilst tarmacking at the other end.

It’s frustrating for businessed when road closures come as a surprise, so we’d really appreciate your help! 💚

🌿 Moores Nurseries Garden Centre & Café are OPEN!
🚗 Access is from the Nottingham direction along Melton Road, via the Normanton/Keyworth crossroads. Let the team at the closure know you’re coming to us.

Please LIKE and SHARE this post so people know they can still visit us today! ☕🌸
