Modern banking is great. Until it’s not. I pay most yard bills by transfer, with the occasional contactless payment and consequently I can no longer remember my pin.
I have been trundling along unsure of my pin and this was ok until the app needed to be downloaded again. I need the pin to set it up.
Despite a phone call with the most lovely lady, who tried every which way to get me back up and running, I now have to wait for a new card reader and a new pin.
I don’t know why I’m sharing this here because I doubt I’ll get much sympathy not for even being able to remember a four digit number 😳
