☀️🐾 HOT WEATHER & BOOKING POLICY REMINDER 🐾☀️
We’ve received quite a lot of messages over the last few days asking to cancel, refund or reschedule dog field bookings due to the warmer weather, so we just wanted to politely clarify our policy 😊
As per our Terms & Conditions on the website and within your booking confirmation email (which all customers agree to at the point of booking), we always require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Our secure dog fields remain open 365 days a year, and ultimately it is the responsibility of the individual booking to check the weather forecast and decide whether the conditions are suitable for their own dog and circumstances before booking 🐶
Some dogs cope perfectly well in warmer weather with sensible management, whilst others may prefer early mornings, evenings or cooler days — every dog is different ☀️💧
Regrettably, we cannot make exceptions to the 24 hour notice policy. If we did, you can imagine how many cancellations and reschedule requests we would receive every time it rained, was windy, muddy, cold or warm, which creates a huge administrative headache and significant loss of earnings for our small business.
Please therefore only book sessions in weather conditions that you personally feel are appropriate for your dog, and please do not ask us to cancel, refund or reschedule appointments without the required notice period, as unfortunately we are unable to do so.
We have to protect our business and our time by having this policy in place, and we feel that 24 hours notice is more than fair and something we are always very open and honest about 😊
