Please note a 50% charge will now apply to any consult/operation with less than 24 hours notice. Yearly Booster , if you go over the due date of vaccination, on a health plan or regular vaccination you will incur full cost of a course of vaccination. We send txt reminders an

d your vaccination date is also on your vaccination card. This is due to vaccination company not giving Leeway on going over the vaccination date.
