🐾 A Little Reminder About Kindness & Respect 🐾

Behind every groom is a person who genuinely cares about your dog’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

Sometimes appointments take longer than expected. This can be due to a dog being anxious, matted, elderly, needing extra breaks, or simply because I refuse to rush a groom at the expense of your pet’s welfare.

I kindly ask for your patience and understanding when this happens. Bullying, abusive messages, or disrespectful behaviour will never be tolerated. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.

Please also remember that the time and care put into your dog’s groom doesn’t change if it takes a little longer than planned. Full payment is expected upon collection, as agreed when booking.

Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who continue to support my small business with kindness and understanding. Your loyalty means the world, and together we can ensure every dog receives the love, care, and attention they deserve. ❤️🐶
