Up next, everybody’s favourite goofball, JUDGE 🤪

He’s lankier, mouthier, goofier & happier than ever!! We haven’t walked together due to the weather for some time, however, I’ve visited Judge multiple times a week for drop-ins 🏡

We walked to the local park for some long lead time where he had an absolute BLAST 💥

I couldn’t believe the difference since I first started walking him, his road manners are seriously impressive for an 8/9m old pup. He sits, waits & doesn’t move until command is given! His owners have worked incredibly hard to get him where he is today 👏🏼

First up this morning was Odin 🌳

Would it be Odin if he didn’t bring his sass, selective hearing & judgemental side eye? 👀

His road manners though are impeccable, it was the BEST feeling to finally get out with him & back to some normality, although humid we had a great time! 🐕

Some long lead time, a free photoshoot & a tired pup when he arrived home… what more could he possibly ask for🤎

Yesterdays home visit with Judge 🏡

We started with a potty break in the garden, before getting stuck into some very important playtime with Mr Turtle and his dinosaur! 🐢🦖

He also had a lovely little groom and sat SO beautifully for me — eventually sprawling out as if to say, “𝗬𝗲𝗽, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻!” 😂🥰

He wasn’t really interested in doing too much, other than biting my hands 🙈 or chilling — which is absolutely fine (although the hand biting was slightly less appreciated! 😂).

He’s definitely found his voice, the back chat, demands & overall confidence in everything he does is hilarious. He also likes keeping an eye on everything going on! 👀

Another lovely visit with this gorgeous boy! 🐾🤎

It is 𝟯𝟰°𝗖 out there today. At this temperature, walking your dog is not just uncomfortable—it is 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐲 🥵☀️

Please read and share these vital rules for today:

• 🚫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲. Missing a walk will not hurt your dog, but heatstroke will. Keep them inside in the coolest room.

• 🐾 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟓-𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭. If the tarmac or pavement is too hot to hold the back of your hand against for 5 seconds, it will literally melt and blister your dog's paws.

• ⏰ 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫. If you absolutely must let them out for a quick toilet break, do it in the shade on the grass, or wait until the sun is completely down.

• 🌡️ 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞: Heavy panting, drooling, bright red gums, vomiting, or weakness/collapse. If you see this, cool them down with wet towels (do not wrap) & call the vet instantly.

𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐨𝐛 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐠'𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤. Keep them cool, give them fresh water, and leave the exercise for another day!!

🐾 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬’𝗦 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧! 🐾

We started with a quick potty break, followed by tug of war with Mr Turtle — although apparently telling him “no” when he tried to bite my fingers was 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘! 😂
The 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗞 came out and I genuinely cacked my pants. I was expecting something a little less beasty! 🤣

He had some lick mat time with peanut butter, a few “sit” and “speak” tricks, and plenty of chilling. He also enjoyed some bubbles outside, although getting him back indoors was a 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦… apparently he owns the garden now! 🙄😂

He finished his food in the slow feeder, had plenty of water and was lovely and settled in the much cooler house 🤎.

Water topped up, TV left on and he was all sorted before I left! 🐾

Home Visit for Judge today! ⛅️

It’s 25/26°C & overcast, so the best option was stimulation at home where he was safe! We spent 5 minutes in the garden playing his chicken flavoured bubbles before venturing back inside for his lick mat!

I didn’t see him last week, he’s definitely grown & become lankier! 🤎
