Due to staffing issues our clinic will be running a little differently this week. Please see below.

Tuesday 1st:seeing both Horsford and Hellesdon clients

Wednesday 2nd: seeing both Horsford and Hellesdon clients

Thursday 3rd: seeing both Horaford and Hellesdon clients.

Friday 4th:open for medication collection only. No vet on site, all emergencies to be seen at Hellesdon.

If you need to order food, parasite control or medication please can you email or fill out the prescription request online.

Please bare with us and be kind to staff during this likely busy time. We are all trying our hardest to see you and your pets.

Due to staff sickness we will be closed from 6pm this evening. Our phones will be diverted to Medivet between 6-7pm and then go over to our Out of Hours provider from 7pm as normal.

FOUND TORTOISE 🐢

We have had a stray tortoise handed in found just off Dereham Road.

Unfortunately it is not microchipped.

It has been vet checked and no signs of ill health fortunately.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we also don’t have a vet in practice today (8th August).

📞Out phone lines will still be open and medications can be collected.

🐾 Any emergencies will be seen at our Medivet Catton or Thorpe branch (if you’re able to call ahead first, please do).
From 1pm Taverham Vets will see any emergencies.

Ruby came in for a scale and polish along with a couple of teeth removals due to pockets between the teeth and gum lime.

Luckily the rest of her teeth were in good condition and now they’re clean they’ll stay healthy for longer 🙂
