Hello, I’m Lindsey, founder of Life Made Lighter.

After spending over three years as an unpaid carer for a loved one, I experienced first-hand the challenges, pressures, and sacrifices that so many people face every day.

That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others.

For the past 7 years, I’ve worked alongside unpaid carers, older adults, and families across Oxfordshire and Reading, helping people navigate caring responsibilities, health challenges, disability, ageing, and the everyday tasks that can quickly become overwhelming.
