Nutella is just one of the many dogs who is still waiting in our shelter for someone to notice her. Time is ticking away and still she waits for her turn to shine.
Born on 21-11-2019 her time in a shelter should be up, but sadly still she waits 🥲
We would love to see her settled in a home befor winter roll in, as Macedonian winters can be brutal.
So, a little about her to see it she catches someones eye enough to offer her a home 🐾🐾🙂
She is a smaller girly with a big personality and much love to give,
She enjoys life at her own pace, does not need endless exercise or huge adventures but still enjoys a lesiurely walk.
Other dogs and also cats are not a problem for her so she could share a home with either if they are respectful.
Ideally any potential home would be calm and loving where she could enjoy the wonders of home life.
Fully vaccinated for rabies and infectious diseases ✅

FROM SKIN AND BONES TO SUNSHINE BOY ☀️ MEET LEO ♌️

This is Leo. 💙
He’s 2.5 years old. A Golden Retriever cross with the biggest heart you’ll ever meet.

But it wasn’t always like this.

Leo was found on the streets. Attacked by everyone. Skin and bones. 🦴
Too scared to trust. Too broken to believe anyone would be kind to him again.

Look at him now.
Happy. Healthy. Standing tall by the river in his blue bandana, but also posing like a pro, showing that brown can be his colour also 🩵🤎
He even has a female best friend at the shelter and they do everything together.
He’s learned that human hands can pet, not hurt. That food comes every day. That he’s safe.

And now he’s ready for the next chapter. His forever home.

Leo’s ideal humans?
Young people who love the outdoors 🏔️ Hiking, running, weekend adventures, river days like this one.
He’s got Golden energy and he wants someone to share it with.
Someone who will throw the ball, go on long walks, and let him be the loyal, goofy, cuddly boy he was always meant to be.

Bonus: Leo is also good with cats! 😻

He’s been through hell and back.

Well, Facebook has announced a new feature that might help!

📱 It’s called ‘Your Algorithm’, and it gives you more say in what appears in your Facebook Feed.

As the feature rolls out, look for Your Algorithm in the three-dot (•••) menu on Facebook Reels. If it’s available, you can tell Facebook you’d like to see more content about things like:

🏡 Dog rehoming and fostering
💙 Supporting animal rescues

Why are we telling you this?

Because every post we share has a purpose.

Sometimes we’re hoping to find a forever home. Sometimes we’re raising money for food or urgent veterinary care. And sometimes we’re simply sharing a little happiness from the dogs you’ve helped rescue. ❤️

We’re a small team of volunteers, and Facebook helps us reach people we could never reach on our own.

The more people who see our dogs, the more chances they have of finding the love and support they deserve.

🤎 SHE MADE SURE HER BABIES HAD A FUTURE. NOW, WHO WILL GIVE HER ONE? 🐾

Three little puppies. Three happy endings.

And one very special mum still waiting for hers. 💔

Meet Amber. 🤎

Near an airport in North Macedonia, while people hurried past on their way to somewhere else, Amber was trying to keep her three tiny puppies alive.

There was no warm bed. No guarantee of another meal. No one to tell her everything would be okay.

Just a devoted mum doing everything she could for her babies.

Thankfully, Amber and her puppies were brought into rescue, where they could finally be safe.

Her puppies grew, flourished and found their forever families. ❤️

But somehow, their mum was left behind.

And she’s still waiting.

The beautiful girl you see in these photographs is Amber today. She’s around five years old, intelligent, loyal and ready to discover what it feels like to be someone’s much-loved companion.

Amber has spent much of her life having to look out for herself. She’s learned to be cautious, particularly around other dogs, so we’re looking for a home where she can be the only pet, feel secure and settle at her own pace.

She’s not asking for anything extraordinary.

Just a home where she belongs. A family to love. A safe place where she never has to worry about being left behind again.

She gave her puppies the best chance she could. Now we’d love to give Amber hers. 🥹

🚲🐾 THE TINY BICYCLE PASSENGER IS ALL GROWN UP… AND NOW SHE NEEDS A HOME 💛

That tiny puppy being carried to safety through the mountains?

That was Maila.

Against the odds, she survived — and two years later she’s grown into a beautiful 27kg girl who is affectionate, friendly, full of life and very ready for her next adventure. ❤️

And this time, we’re hoping the destination is HOME. 🏡

💛 MAILA — THE TINY BICYCLE PASSENGER WHO SURVIVED 🚲🐾

Two years ago, Maila was a tiny puppy alone in the mountains of Mavrovo.

Malnourished, frightened and far too young to fend for herself, her chances of surviving alone were desperately small.

And then somebody saw her.

A young man cycling through the mountains spotted the tiny puppy trembling beside the road.

He stopped.

He picked her up, tucked her safely onto his bicycle and cycled mile after mile to another city, where help was waiting.

That tiny passenger was Maila. ❤️

And just look at her now.

Maila grew from that fragile little puppy into a beautiful, happy 2-year-old girl — 27kg of affection, energy and personality.

She loves people and is friendly and affectionate. She’s great with other dogs and can live with children aged 10+. She can be fearful of cats, so any home with cats would need to be considered carefully.

Maila would love a family who’ll include her in their lives — adventures and walks, yes, but also those ordinary moments that make a home: company in the garden, lazy afternoons and sitting beside you while you drink your morning coffee. ☕🐾

Her first journey gave her a chance to live.

Now we’re hoping someone will give her the chance to belong.

Looking for a very special person for Amelia 💞

🌻located in Surry close to Hithrow airport.

🍀She is a 7y old girl who has lived all her life in a home.
👌Her management has always been different and somewhat difficult at times because of her distinct pray drive.
🙏This is mostly the reason behind our request that she is an only pet in the home and that there are no kids in the home.
☺️Somewhat coming from the fact that she is older, she won't put up with childish tantrums nor poky pinchy behaviour.
🍀This is the reason why we need someone experienced, perhaps someone who has had this challenge before in life.

💔❤️‍🩹It's heartbreaking when one of our own asks for help and a home after so long, however our wish is only to find her a home again.

🖤 HE KNOWS WHAT HOME FEELS LIKE. HE JUST WANTS TO FEEL IT AGAIN. 🏡

Meet Ringo. ❤️

Three years old. A handsome Labrador cross. 30kg of love and loyalty.

And a dog who must be wondering what happened to the life he once knew. 💔

You see, Ringo wasn’t always a rescue dog.

He had a home. He had an owner. He knew what it meant to be part of someone’s everyday life.

But when his owner left the country, Ringo was left behind at the border.

And just like that, his whole world changed.

Now he’s in kennels in North Macedonia, waiting for another chance.

But here’s what we really want you to know about Ringo…

He’s an absolutely lovely dog. 🥹

🐾 He adores people and forms strong bonds.

🐾 He’s affectionate, loyal and loves being close to his humans.

🐾 He walks beautifully on the lead.

🐾 He’s lived in a home before and is familiar with family life.

🐾 And just look at that smile! 😍

Ringo’s perfect match?

A kind, active home where he’ll be welcomed indoors as a much-loved member of the family.

He would be happy as an only dog or could potentially share with a calm female dog. He’s not suited to living with cats or dominant male dogs.

He’s fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and 4D tested (tested negative for diseases, inc. brucellosis), and ready to travel from North Macedonia.

I'm appealing this time for your collars & leads please, and dog coat/jumpers if you have any 🐾🐾🙂
