Hey everyone!!

I’d just like to say thank you, as always, for all the love and support. I’m finally having a well deserved week off — my last week off was Christmas, so it’s definitely needed!

Also, thank you so much for 500 followers on Facebook! 🎉

I can’t stress enough how important it is to book appointments in advance. I’ve unfortunately had to turn away quite a few people this week, which always upsets me because I hate disappointing anyone. My next available appointments will be the week starting 15th June.

I will be back at work on Monday 8th June, and during my time off I won’t be checking my phone as regularly as I normally do.

Also, don’t forget that everyone who books in June will receive a summer bow, plus a bath and spray in a gorgeous summer scent ☀️🐶

As always, thank you so much for all the continued love and support — it truly means everything to me.

Happy Bank Holiday weekend everyone ☀️🐶

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your continued support, it really means so much to me 💛

Just a little notice that I’ll be off from the 1st June for one week to celebrate my birthday 🎉

Throughout June, every doggy appointment will include a FREE bow tie, a refreshing bath, and a lovely summer spray 🐾✨

Also, don’t worry about your doggies during the warmer weather — I do have air conditioning to keep the salon nice and cool, and summer appointments will start earlier in the day to make it more comfortable for the dogs ☀️❄️

To all my lovely clients 🐾

Recently I’ve had quite a few last-minute cancellations and appointment changes. As a small business, late cancellations have a huge impact — not only on my income, but also because these appointments are very difficult to refill at short notice.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things can’t be helped, and I’ll always try my best to be as understanding and accommodating as possible🧡 However, I do have a cancellation policy in place for a reason.

Just a gentle reminder that cancellations within 48/24 hours may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

Running a dog grooming business involves a lot of preparation, time, and reserved appointment slots specifically for your dog. When appointments are missed or cancelled late, it leaves empty spaces that another client could have used.

I genuinely appreciate every single one of you for supporting my small business, recommending me, and trusting me with your dogs.
