Please arrive and collect on time to allow for thorough cleaning between appointments and not to add delay to the next client
Please toilet your dog before the groom and do not feed a large meal beforehand as I will not have time to re-bath should he/she soil him/her self. The back gate will be unlocked for drop offs/collection only, please be aware that times are important as I may have other clients booked after you
Payment is by transfer before collection or on arrival by card or cash. I can now take dogs with leads and collars.
48 hours notice of cancellation is required or 50% of the time booked will be required. Appointments are difficult to fill if canceled at short notice and I do have a waiting list. This fee will be requested at the time of cancellation and will need to be paid before you can rebook. I currently don’t take booking deposits but will if this is abused. The only time the cancellation fee is not applied is when either you or your dog become sick or you are pinged by NHS test and trace app.
