Cheshire Paws Group & solo walks, pet pop in care & pet sitting, covering Northwich, Warrington, Altrincham, Stockport & surrounding areas

Established in 2015, we've been caring for your fur babies for years! Whether you are looking for group or solo dog walking, pet sitting, puppy visits or cat/small animal care, we have you covered! I'm Debbie, the owner of the business, and a Canine Behaviourist, meaning your dog's safety, welfare, and happiness are my top priority. Myself and the Cheshire Paws staff are all fully insured, canine first aid trained, and DBS checked. We love what we do, and are always looking for new dogs to join our friendly groups. All dogs are regularly vetted and assessed for behaviour to ensure harmony every day. Get in touch to arrange a meet & greet whilst we still have spaces available.

True or false?

“Dogs don’t understand what we’re saying- they just react to our tone”

❌ FALSE!

Dogs can actually learn the meaning of certain words and cues, especially ones they hear regularly like their name, walk or sit🐕

But they also pick up on our tone, body language and facial expressions to figure out what’s going on☺️

So much to sniff🤭

For us, it might just be a walk.. but for the dogs, there’s a whole world of information waiting to be discovered🌱

⭐️Star of the week- Vinnie!!⭐️

Vinnie is one of our newer faces on our group walks, he’s still a little shy and finding his feet with all the new smells and friends around but he’s coming out of his shell. It’s lovely watching him get more and more comfortable 🥰

One dog. One walk. All the attention🐾🥰

Our solo walks are all about giving your dog some quality one to one time. It’s especially good for nervous dogs. They get to enjoy some fresh air, new smells and a bit of exercise without other dogs around🐕

We cover Stockport, Altrincham, Northwich and surrounding areas! Feel free to get in contact with us if you think we could help✨

Fun fact: not all big cats can purr 🐯

Cheetahs, cougars, lynxes and other smaller wild cats can produce a proper purr, but lions and tigers can’t🤔

It comes down to how their voice boxes developed. Cats that can roar can’t purr and cats that can purr can’t roar✨

There’s no shortage of toys on the field 🥎

Mostly balls since that’s what they vote for every time, but we have a variety for them to play and get the zoomies with🐾

Fetch always turns into a group activity and they certainly make the most of it!
