Today we received the most beautiful card and gift from a family we recently helped, and it truly touched our hearts. 💛

At Pets in the Cloud, we never expect a thank you. We do this work because we love animals deeply and believe every pet deserves respect, compassion, and dignity in their final journey. Being trusted during such heartbreaking moments is something we never take lightly.
This family sadly lost their beautiful kitten at only 11 months old. Such a young life, gone far too soon. 🌈🐾

When we cared for their little one, we made sure they were treated with the gentleness and honour they deserved every step of the way — with love, dignity, and compassion, just as we would our own pets.

To receive such kind words afterwards means more than we can ever say. Knowing we were able to bring even a small amount of comfort during such a painful time reminds us why this work matters so much.

Every Christmas, Santa takes a quiet pause from the North Pole to visit the Rainbow Bridge.

He sits with the dogs who left paw prints on our hearts, reminding them they are still deeply loved and never forgotten. These good boys and girls are wrapped in warmth, comfort, and familiar joy as they wait patiently for the ones they love most. In this peaceful place, tails still wag, eyes still sparkle, and love never fades. For those missing a dog this season, this is a gentle reminder that they are safe, happy, and held close. And somehow, in ways we cannot explain, they are still watching over us with the same unconditional love.
