Cats Protection Northampton Cats Protection is the largest and longest established feline welfare charity in the UK - welcome to our Northampton branch

Cats Protection rescues and rehomes unwanted and abandoned cats, and promotes responsible cat ownership. We work towards three aims:

To rescue stray and unwanted cats and kittens, and rehabilitate and rehome them where possible. To encourage the neutering of all cats and kittens not required for breeding. To inform the public about the care of cats and kittens

95 cats were over 3 months and 75 kittens.

Lucy is a lovely 9-year-old mature lady who is looking for a quiet, patient and understanding home where she can settle at her own pace. When Lucy first arrives somewhere new, she can be very shy. Her first instinct may be to find a safe place to hide while she takes everything in. But once Lucy has found her bearings and, most importantly, built up trust with you, a very different side of her begins to shine through ☀️
With time, patience and reassurance, Lucy becomes a loving, affectionate and loyal companion. She has been carefully cared for over the years, and this really does show. Once she finds her confidence, she will reward you with plenty of love and affection. Lucy is also a very vocal girl and isn’t afraid to let you know what she thinks! We are looking to find a quiet home for her 🏡

MEET TWIGLET 🍬
Twiglet is a beautiful young lady with a wonderfully sweet nature who simply loves being fussed over. While she would much rather stay close by your side than be picked up, she absolutely adores gentle attention, especially when it involves being brushed.
Twiglet was originally a stray who turned up in her finder’s garden and, shortly afterwards, gave birth to a litter of kittens. Thankfully, her kind finder made sure she was safe, cared for and well fed until Twiglet and her little family were able to come into care.
Her kittens have all found loving homes, and now it’s Twiglet’s turn to find a special place of her own.

I'm a 20 year old black cat with white whiskers i walk with a stoop I was last seen on the 22nd August 2026 I'm neutered and microchipped and I've gone missing from my home on Collingtree Park NN4 have you seen me ? Have you seen a cat that looks a little like me ? I'm on medication and my family must be concerned if you lice locally can you please check your garages sheds and outhouses in case i wandered in . Hello my name is Boris I'm a 16 year old Maine c**n long haired brown tabby I am quite thin despite eating a lot Dad thinks it may be the big C whatever that is. I'm neutered but not microchipped and I've gone missing from my home in Kingsthorpe NN2 and dad i am sure is missing me i know I'm missing him even though I've been naughty and gone missing since dad got me some medicine to make me feel better.
