Just a handful of this week’s dogs .. regulars & newbies ..

Frank, a Bernese cross Collie , was a character .. I’ve never in 40 years have a dog fall asleep with the noisy dryer on.. let alone a pup on his first visit !!

What a chilled lad he is .. a dream to groom bless him 😁

Little Ed , was nervous bless him , so he was towel dried & cuddled after his bath .. he soon started edging closer to me , finally plonking himself on my lap 🥹

So , we sat for 20mins waiting for Mum .. so lovely having these precious , quiet moments with the dogs .. he was so affectionate bless him ☺️

A nice chilled day .. I even got to leave work a bit early today 🥳

I groom Chaos’ sister , Freya a Labradoodle.. she came for the first time for an all over healthy treat .. tons of hair removed , a clay mud bath skin & coat treatment.. her coat came up a treat .. she’s a beautiful girl 🤎

Gorgeous boy Moose , came for his first teeth clean .. it’s always unknown how I’ll get on with teeth cleaning .. understandably some dogs just find it too intrusive having a strange woman poking around in their mouths 🙃

But Moose was so accommodating & trusting .. I managed to get his teeth completely cleaned , so he’s straight onto maintenance cleans every few weeks to prevent anymore build up , problem gums - & I can spot any issues before they get severe ..

Monday I found a grass seed wedged in the gums of a little dog 😖.: I removed it & cleaned with Leucillin, so hopefully no issues will arise (owner is monitoring ) .. they’re nasty little spikes that work their way under the skin & cause awful issues & infections .. the first time I’ve found one in a gum 🫤

A day of little ones .. & fidget bums ! 😂

Kobi , Libby & Buzz .. all live separately, but owned by the same family ..

They all have such different characters !

🖤Libby is the sweetest , she just potters about & is a dream to groom ..

🤍Buzz , is the gentleman & guardian of the group .. he’s just beautifully behaved with everything- including his teeth ..

🧡Kobi , is the bouncing bean .. he was jumping on my lap , then onto the table to sit with Buzz - definitely the cheeky kid of the bunch 😂

Lottie is a new client .. she came for her first full handstrip .. she was hard to keep still at times !

The big-guns came out (pork skin rolls!) .. worked for a while .. luckily her coat was a very easy strip .. so we got her done before she got too fed up ..
