It’s been a busy , busy Saturday..

One client , Alfie a cockapoo (forgot pic 🤦🏻‍♀️) stands out today , his gums were really ‘angry ‘ & inflamed .. We have done a deep clean with the ultrasonic, using the enzyme paste , Orozyme dental gel & finishing with Leucillin a natural , mild antibiotic/ antiseptic solution .. the improvement after a few weeks is incredible !

His Mum has religiously cleaned his gums daily with the Leucillin, which has accelerated the healing process.. she’s thrilled , I’m thrilled , &’I’m sure Alfie feels much better ..

We’ll keep up the 4 weekly cleaning programme until everything is in the best condition possible , then onto cleans when he is groomed every 6 weeks .. I really must start taking before & after pics of teeth cleaning .. Alfie is another great success story 🧡

Teeth cleans are £21 , microchipped brush heads £15 .. some dogs will require more than one clean to remove the hard build of tartar & help reduce gum inflammation ..

I book a consultation, if pooch won’t accept the brush in the mouth , or Vet attention is needed , there is no charge .. or we can start the cleaning programme ..

For the dog’s comfort , I keep appointments to a maximum 15 minutes, & include a free nail trim if needed..

It’s been a busy day .. thankfully a lot cooler this week 😃

Little Ruby is off on her holidays soon , so had a shorter groom , & her regular teeth .. Her teeth are looking GREAT!!

Dougie the gorgeous Standard Dachshund was a very nervous , resistant pooch with his nails -

But his Mum has been brilliant, bringing him regularly, to not only keep the nails only needing the ends snipping off , but every session has been a building block of trust..

The brave lad managed to stand beautifully with them all , right until the last nail when he had a little wobble .. brilliant improvement bless him 🥰

Little Poppy is one of my grooms today .. rubbish again with my photos .. but pleased I remembered this little girl.. she’s so beautiful..

She’s a Chihuahua x Pug .. & has a very , wiry coat that needs pulling out at least twice a year to allow new growth & obviously keep her cooler in the summer months ..

She suits a ‘tatty’ look . So I just tidy her face & beard - keeps her lovely character !

We are adding Mondays this June & July to make sure appointments can remain spaced & more relaxed ..

When I move to larger premises potentially mid July (to be confirmed very soon ) , I’m on the fence whether to open Monday - Saturday , so want to trial it for a few weeks to see how we go !

So - I know a few clients have Mondays off work - so if you’d like to swap a booked appointment to any Monday going forward, pls let me know & I’ll get that changed over ..
