‼️Polite notice from the parlour team ‼️

Can we please ask if you're no longer needing or wanting your appointment that you let us know 24 to 48 hours before your appointment is booked, so we can offer this to someone else with notice. We are extremely busy and would like to be able to get all your pooches booked in for a pamper but when customers are not turning up or cancelling just before an appointment, this is making it extremely hard for us to offer this out to another customer.
