🥵 It’s going to be very hot this week, so please keep your doggos safe and take extra care in the heat. A dog has never come to harm from missing a walk, but sadly dogs can become seriously unwell or worst died from being exercised in high temperatures.

Please avoid walking dogs during the hottest parts of the day, taking them out unnecessarily, or leaving/travelling with them in cars during warm weather.

A simple way to check if the ground is too hot: take off your shoe and place your bare foot on the pavement for a few seconds. If it’s too hot for you, it’s definitely too hot for them.

For everyone’s safety and wellbeing, all walks will be cancelled during this hot spell. However, garden visits are still available so your pups can still have company, toilet breaks, playtime, and attention in a safe environment.
