For a small, novice, 13 year old girl, mainly for hacking but some schooling and generally having fun on.
Sturdy leg in each corner type.
Must be safe and sane, both on the ground and under saddle.
Good in open spaces.
Hacks out alone.
Good with the vet, farrier and dentist.
No younger than 8 years old.
To live with an elderly retired mare on a beautiful estate with excellent facilities and miles of off road hacking.

Great lesson with Ellie this week. Ellie has had a knock in confidence after a fall, but using exercises to distract her and get her thinking about riding and not the 'what ifs', she did incredibly well to over come her fears and produce some great work from her pony, Merlin. Finishing with big smiles!
