I meet a lot of genuinely nice people everyday. Knowing that I can put right all my customers problems is a great feeling. They ring me, sometimes in tears, because they can not cope and fear that their beloved bundle of fun might have to be rehomed. People are at their wits end and say to me I have tried everything. Well, I know they have not. Over the last 6 months many of my phone calls and emails from customers have been about excessive barking. This is one of the easiest problems to put right. It takes days not months to cure, it is such a nightmare not only the owners but the neighbours as well.
